How can one give advices to unknown people?


here are a lot of sections where people give advice one to another, without knowing each other.........(sometimes on important themes / problems). what do you think of that?How can one give advices to unknown people?
I think that sometimes, it's alot easier than giving advice to someone u know. You remain bias in this forum, that's the beautiful part.
