Why do people ask a question advice and other people jump down there back at them?

Well, three comments occur to me.

(1) You can report answers that breach the community guidelines.

(2) Too many users ask questions that are really an abuse of the idea behind Yahoo! Answers. Here are some examples.

a) the shout-out, e.g. hello, is anybody out there?

b) school homework / university assignment

c) the query easily answered with a simple internet search

d) the jokey question or pun

It is no wonder that there are so many abusive answers when there are so many abusive questions.

(3) In my experience so far, the majority of askers do not choose a best answer. When you remember that the asker has the option to select ';no best answer';, if s/he is dissatisfied with the response, then that failure seems even worse. To me it indicates that the question really was not that important to the asker. Why do people ask a question advice and other people jump down there back at them?
I don't know what your other ';Q'; was so it's hard to say .

People on here tend to say mean things though

because no one knows who they are .
