I need advice from people with experience... i just don't know anymore?

there is this girl we have known each other for a while, and i notice all year me and her were flirting back and forth and a lot of people thought we were going out. like 5 people and day would ask us are we going out and we werent and i really like her


then when i had the guts to finally ask her out she said no


but then as the days went by she was still flirting with me.


and she said she wants to hang out with me during the summer just me and her


and when ever we do hang out its with a group of our friends


and i'm just really confused


is she just playing hard to getI need advice from people with experience... i just don't know anymore?
The same exact thing happened to me this year! This girl was flirting with me for months and after a long time of flirting and her friends saying that she likes me, I asked her out. She said ';Oh, nope,';. Without even looking back she walked off. Then the next day she was trying to flirt with me again, but the weird thing was that she questioned why I asked her that. Girls are crazy. But she is only teasing you because she likes to be flirted with. Just don't flirt with her and she will finally realize somethings up.I need advice from people with experience... i just don't know anymore?
Yup she is just a tease. She must like getting attention 24/7 so when you give it to her it makes her feel happy and content. Try getting over her. And go for someone new who wont mess with your feelings like that.
