I need help on this and advice from older people?

im only 13 and am 14 in 9 days and i want to get some abs sort of like a body builder but not that far so i need some tips on excersices and just basic stuff i can do also tequnices to have harder pucnhesI need help on this and advice from older people?
Ever hear the saying that abs are created in the kitchen and not in the gym? You have to be lean to start off if you want abs, or doing crunches will get you nowhere. Eat the right kinds of foods, ones that wont add belly fat to you, and do crunches. You'll end up with results.I need help on this and advice from older people?
Crunches, pilates, etc all give you very strong abs - great for your back and health but they wont show as a 6 pack unless you eat healthily. If you have a layer of fat around your midline you'll still have the brill abs but they wont show and they'll be busy lugging the weight around!!
