If Christians would stop pushing abstinence only and promote the use of safe sex we would have the same effect.


but they won't so now 1 in 4 teenage girls has an STD. Studies have shown time after time after time that abstinence only programs don't work. They have the highest number of teen pregnancies and STD's while those kids who are WELL educated have been shown to wait longer, have fewer partners, a MUCH lower pregnancy rate and are more monogamous.


Ignorance is the biggest spreader or AIDS. Many third world countries that are infested by this are told by missionaries that it's punishment from God. They are not told how it is spread other then the Devil. They honestly believe that sex with a virgin with ';heal them'; and have raped children as young as FIVE MONTHS OLD seeking a cure. Why? Because many Christian factions refuse to sexually educate them or hand out condoms.


So see Christianities idea just isn't working too well.

Yes that is true. In fact if people only followed the Bibles advise you'd have less sexual perversion in the world. You'd have less teen pregnancies, less sexual sin and less sex on tv too meaning the whole world wont be as perverted as it is which in order can even bring less rape cases too. People nowadays are just too curious about sex and thats why it has become a world wide problem. But its not only non-bellievers that dont comply with what the Bible has to say about sex. Sex has become a everyday thing in society and everyone wants to participate but nobody wants to really take the responsibilty when something does go wrong. So typical of todays society.
