I need advice from people who play sports. ?

i did training for last two months( four times a week ) with proper stretching and everything. and than recently i played a game without warmup and it resulted in me sustaining groin pain. so it has been a month now since this pain started. actually i play cricket and i am a fast bowler. so whenever i will start to bowl, the pain will come back in about 10-15 minutes and it will continue to get worst as i push myself and finally it will be so bad that i will need to stop. it goes away once i stop. i am really worried and frustrated. i can't run fast now, i cant do much of physical training also. can anyone tell me what it can be ? the pain is in my inner thigh, i suppose it's the groin. really i need help. please if anyone can give me detailed answers, i will be extremely happy. Thanks in advance. by the way i am 17 years old.I need advice from people who play sports. ?
Sounds like you have a torn groin which could have resulted from the excessive use of hands to the genitals and strain on the muscle. All you have to do is relax and keep off it for a while, you will heal and you can continue your life. Also you can try ice and icy hot to help speed up the healing process.
