i am 16, weigh 156 lbs and i am 5''6 or 7
today, i have eaten the guided portion amount of kellogs special k with the lower fat milk and green tea for breakfast
for a snack between then and lunch i had a rice cake
for lunch i had tuna salad in tortilla wrap and mini ryvitas
then as a later snack i had a healthy fruit and nut bar and a small weight watchers yoghurt
for dinner i had a chicken stir fry w/ noodles
i have drunk about 1.5 litres water today
is that good enough combined with 15 minutes weights and an hour of cv workouts daily to lose 18 lbs in 9 weeks?DIET ADVICE serious people?
In order for a diet to work, you have to stick with it for the remainder of your life. As soon as you stop dieting, the weight returns. That is why no fad diets work.
