So.... you say not to stereotype, but actually, YOU'RE stereotyping by talking about these ';ghetto guys.'; Just because you're from the hood doesn't mean you're ';ghetto.'; That's a huge misconception.





BUT, if by ';ghetto guys';, you mean drug dealers and etc., just know that they don't care about YOU- they care about your BODY for the most part. You just need to be very careful.

Being honest when you first move down there your going to be pursued because your fresh meat. And the rest is just like any other place....
it depends who it is...
I am from middle eastern decent and I made the mistake of getting with a thug once. My parents were so strict that I thought it was fun and exciting. I got used for sex (after I waited a year) and then he told the ENTIRE hood stupid exaggerate stories. Although, it was a 1 time thing and extremely awkward sex, he bragged to everybody and started so much drama by trying to give me a bad reputation. After that everyone from the hood came out of the woodworks trying to ';hang'; out (when really they just wanted in on the action). I learned from my mistake, so PLEASE don't make the same mistake I did! Eventually they will talk you into sex probably by spoiling you or getting you drunk or high. I learned my lesson, since then I still sometimes hang with some of the guys but NEVER get with them or give them mixed signals. I let it be known. Believe me the ONLY way you will get some bit of respect is if you NEVER have sex with a thug from the hood. If you hang out with them, then so be it....just don't get stuck on the guy and once you see that you are developing feelings or he is to pushy just STOP talking to them. Please take my advice, I'm saving you from the embarassment and crap I had to deal with. Oh and these thugs are pigs and if you ever try to deny you got with the guy, he might have pictures on his cell phone to prove it (thats what happens when you drink 2 much). You are naive to them....just stay away until you are older and more street smart to handle yourself. They LOVE taking advantage of fresh meat like you. You are young dumb and full of c** at your age....just be smart and stand your ground!!! If u don't you will eventually be used and abused by guys in the neighborhood and be deemed damaged goods. Respect yourself, forget these guys...don't give into that attention they give you cuz there is always another girl on the block that they are giving the same attention too.
