FIRST off... the only way to effictively lose weight is to lose it for yourself... NO ONE ELSE... remember there, be determined, eat right and go to the gym for at least 4 days a week at the beginning to get used to it, then kick it up to 6 days a week...
You can do it, any and everyone in this world who is overweight and complain about it, can do something about it... no one is stuck looking and feeling the way they do, with that mentality, you will acomplish what you want FOR YOURSELF!!!
With that said remember this, if you eat right, go to the gym several times in a week, loosing weight is inevitable...

look what you need to do is eat healthy normal foods
such as by cerel for breakfast, pasta salad for lunch, or a sandwhich then for dinner just something healthy such as home made spag bol, or fish, boiled pototoes and veg
eat healthy have fruit more instead of loads of junk food, count cals!
and excerise - of some kind - personally i hate it but it has to be done i do mine on the wii fit which is much better than i used to do on the treadmill!

have faith in wot your doing i lost 2 stone last year although it took a long time i know i can keep the weight off - even over xmas, i am aiming to lose another 2 stone this year xx
if your really having trouble knowing wot 2 eat then join weight watchers or slimming world they will give you loads of help and advice x
do you think it would be nice if someone answered all your ';chubby'; (as you call it) questions by calling you names and saying things like ';no one should help you bc you made the decision to eat too much which was not smart......

Blood type diet is great.find your blood type..look up on google which foods are good 4 u. Ppl always say eat right..n exercise....blah blah blah...if it were that easy we'd all be skinny...the main thing to remember is its a life change...don't concentrate so much on it..just change your habits day to day..n don't weigh yourself everyday its discouraging...weigh yourself about every 2 weeks..n if u don't see a change..step it up with exercise....wut really worked for me is eating healthy sat-thur and on fri id have something bad 4 u.that way you don't feel deprived...bananas are great in the morning . They are filling. Also smoothies are great...milk..nanners..berries..yum . So filling and yummy. And its ok to have snacks..jus choose good stuff like carrots..yougurt. Main thing..cut out sugar...n lower salt...trust me it sucks 4 the first 2 weeks but after awhile u get use to it. And when u see results it keeps u motivated...never eat after 7..yes it sux cuz im a late nighter..but if u must nibble..again healthy choices...now for exercise...walking is so easy n to make it fun..bring a camera and take pics of stuff..or listen to music. If your not a outside person...my fav is usuing 10lbs of weights in each and and doing 100 squat punches...works many things. Listen to music or think about ppl who think u can't do it n pretend ur punchin them..lol. But like I said just change ur habits and don't focus so much on it. U can do it. Good luck...u only get one life...make it a healthy one..:)

Bottom line, eat right and exercise regularly.
1. Drink lots of water
2. Exercise daily
3. Eat more fruits/veggies
4. Eat smaller portions
It's as simple as that.
